Downtown Memphis real estate sales volume may be down but prices are appreciating. I did a TV interview earlier this week with Lauren Lee at Fox News Memphis about downtown condo sales and prices. Downtown Memphis real estate is getting a lot of positive press lately as it should, being that we are such a value.
