Finally, the HOT summer market has arrived. And by HOT I mean showing property in 90+ degree heat can take a toll. The change of seasons is a great time to buy, sell or rent and I hope that you will at least call on me and my team to interview for your business. I sell real estate year long and it's interesting how the seasons effect the market, again, I'm talking about the weather. Not many home buyers realize that when you buy a home with the temperature below 60 degrees you can't check the air conditioning system and often are left to wait until the heat comes sometimes finding that all your doing is blowing hot air. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter are all great times to buy but this is a recommendation to all to really check the A/C systems of the homes you are considering or have recently bought.
